FAMILY HERITAGE
The passion for horses is a family heritage that is passed down from father to son in the Claverie family.

Today, Nicolas, the 3rd generation of enthusiasts, remembers: "It was in the city of Fronton (South-West of France) that my Grandfather, André Claverie, in 1978 started a racehorse activity through his own breeding with his broodmare "Déesse d'Azur ".
​
His first foal "Netos" will give him 3 victories, then "Sibelle d´azur, 2 victories and finally" Besuve "1 victory.
​
From an early age, I remember family meetings at Fronton about horse races. My father, also passionate,had racehorses before joining some horses in the breeding.
This legacy continues since my two children and my wife are take part of this family project.
L'ELEVAGE DE WALLIS
Wallis is an island located in the South Pacific Ocean ...
Nicolas (Claverie - 3rd generation) grew up on this land at the end of the world between New Caledonia and Tahiti and it is in memory of this little corner of paradise that he wanted to give the name of Wallis to his breeding.
All the horses also all bear a Wallisian name, in tribute to this archipelago ...

The breeding of Wallis emerged in 2014 with the acquisition of Danaé d'Eronville, a damaged mare at 2 years old.
Valley Charm (Dubois stem), then Donostia (Marquise de Moratalla stem) will join her in 2017.

The number of broodmares will increase to 6 for the 2021 breeding season with the arrival of Grâce du Bellay (1st winner under our colors), Hermine de Kemp (lton stem) and Havana Suprême.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Passionate about trotters but also very influenced by sport world (Golf, Rugby,…), we have decided to set up a very rigorous organization to achieve our ambitious goals.

The foals and fillies are bred like real sportsmen from an early age to give them every chance to be competitive at the highest level.

A selection of quality mares with very lively maternal origins. Preference for blood currents allowing crosses with the greatest stallions (Ready-cash, Prodigious, Royal Dream, Love You, Django Riff, Village Mystic, Charly du Noyer, Fabulous Wood,….)
